2. All sales final
All sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted except where

3. Pricing & market fluctuation
Ticket prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value. Prices fluctuate
based on market demand and availability. We do not guarantee that resale tickets will
retain their original purchase value.
4. Reselling tickets
If you are unable to attend an event, you may resell your tickets through our platform,
subject to our seller terms and applicable laws. We do not guarantee that resold tickets
will sell, nor that the resale price will match the original purchase price.
5. Ticket guarantee & delivery
All purchases are protected by our ticket guarantee. In the event that tickets are not
delivered as described or are invalid at entry, we will work to provide comparable
replacement tickets or, where appropriate, a refund.
6. Delivery methods
Ticket delivery methods may include mobile transfer, electronic delivery, or other
digital formats. Delivery timing varies by listing and may occur close to the event date.
7. Event changes
Event dates, times, venues, seating layouts, and participants are subject to change.
We are not responsible for changes made by the event organiser, venue, or governing body.
8. Event cancellation or postponement
In the event of cancellation or postponement, your rights will depend on the policies of
the event organiser and the original ticket issuer. We will assist in facilitating any
available remedies but do not guarantee refunds unless funds are recovered from the seller.
9. Entry & venue policies
Entry is subject to the venue’s rules, security procedures, and age restrictions.
You are responsible for complying with all venue and event policies, including ID
requirements where applicable.
10. Fraud prevention & account use
We reserve the right to cancel transactions, suspend accounts, or request additional
verification where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including travel costs,
accommodation expenses, or lost opportunities.

to conflict of law principles.
