Yes. Every purchase on Ticketscore is protected by FanSure — an escrow-based buyer-protection model. Your payment is held by Ticketscore until you confirm the ticket has arrived in your account. If delivery fails, or the ticket is invalid or downgraded, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

If the event is cancelled outright, Ticketscore refunds the full purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days. If it's postponed to a new date, your ticket transfers to the rescheduled date automatically; if the new date doesn't suit you, request a refund and we'll process it the same way.
