Cat A vs Cat C pricing typically differs by 40–60% at most top-six clubs. Adult single-match tickets in a Cat A upper-tier area at Arsenal or Liverpool are commonly £75–£95. The equivalent seat for a Cat C fixture is £45–£55. Concession pricing narrows the gap somewhat.

What this means for resale

Resale prices track category assignment closely but not perfectly. Cat A fixtures see the widest resale premiums over face value — 3x to 5x is common for marquee matches. Cat C fixtures often trade at face value or slightly below, particularly in the last 48 hours before a midweek fixture. Buyers with fixture flexibility can access Premier League football at prices close to face value by focusing on Cat C midweek matches.

Concessions and family pricing

Every Premier League club offers concession pricing for under-18s, over-65s, and various other categories. Concession discounts are typically 40–60% off adult pricing at Cat A fixtures and can be steeper at lower categories. Family stands, where offered, provide the deepest discount structures but require booking in family groupings with age verification.
