Buyer protection, on every ticket.
FanSure is the escrow-backed guarantee behind every Ticketscore purchase. Your card is charged at checkout — but your money stays with us until you confirm the ticket has landed in your app. The seller sees nothing before then.
How FanSure works
-
01
You pay
Card charged at checkout via Stripe with 256-bit encryption. Ticketscore holds the funds — the seller does not receive them yet.
-
02
Seller transfers
The seller initiates the transfer through the official app for that event. You receive an email the moment it starts. Most transfers land within hours; many are already ready at time of listing.
-
03
You confirm
Once the ticket is in your app, you confirm receipt on your order page. Only then is the seller paid. Until you confirm, your money remains with Ticketscore.
-
04
If anything goes wrong
If a transfer fails, we replace the ticket with a comparable seat where possible. If replacement isn't feasible, we refund the purchase price in full to your original card, typically within 5 business days.
Why this matters
Every resale marketplace claims a "100% guarantee." What's actually meaningful is when the seller gets paid.
A guarantee where the seller receives payment at time of purchase is a policy promise — you're relying on the marketplace to make you whole after the fact if things go wrong. That refund process can take days or weeks, and the money is no longer in escrow to be quickly returned.
FanSure works differently. Payment sits with Ticketscore in escrow. The seller has an active financial incentive to deliver — they can only be paid after you confirm the ticket is in your app. If they can't deliver, the money is already in our custody and refunds to your card in days, not weeks.
This is the same buyer-protection model as the largest guaranteed marketplaces — LiveFootballTickets, StubHub, Ticombo — implemented for a smaller, more editorial marketplace at the same integrity level.
What FanSure covers
Non-delivery
If your ticket doesn't arrive in the official app by the required cut-off, you receive a comparable replacement or a full refund. No negotiation, no hunt for a lost transfer.
Invalid or duplicate tickets
If a ticket arrives but doesn't grant entry at the venue, we refund the purchase price in full. You do not need to fight the venue — we handle the seller.
Seat downgrades
If the ticket transferred is materially inferior to what was described (wrong section, restricted view not disclosed), FanSure covers the difference or the full refund.
Event cancellations
If an event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, FanSure returns your payment in full within 5 business days of the cancellation announcement.
What FanSure doesn't cover
Change of mind. Once a ticket is transferred and you've confirmed receipt, the sale is complete. Resale tickets aren't returnable for a refund because you decided not to attend.
Personal transfer errors. If you provide the wrong email address for your event-app account at checkout and the ticket transfers to a different account, we work with the seller to reverse the transfer where possible — but we can't guarantee recovery.
Venue access issues unrelated to the ticket. If a valid ticket is denied entry for reasons unrelated to the ticket itself (ID mismatch, refused entry by security), the ticket has been delivered per the guarantee.
