Where is Lanxess Arena?
Lanxess Arena is located in Köln. The exact address and public-transport directions appear on your order confirmation once you complete a purchase.
How do I receive my tickets after buying?
Tickets are transferred electronically via the official event or venue app — never as a printable PDF. Most sellers complete the transfer within a few hours of purchase; the deadline is doors open on the day of the event. You'll receive an email the moment the transfer is sent.
Is Ticketscore a safe way to buy Simple Minds Cologne tickets?
Yes. Every purchase on Ticketscore is protected by FanSure — an escrow-based buyer-protection model. Your payment is held by Ticketscore until you confirm the ticket has arrived in your account. If delivery fails, or the ticket is invalid or downgraded, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.
What happens if Simple Minds Cologne is cancelled or postponed?
If the event is cancelled outright, Ticketscore refunds the full purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days. If it's postponed to a new date, your ticket transfers to the rescheduled date automatically; if the new date doesn't suit you, request a refund and we'll process it the same way.
Can I still buy tickets close to the event?
Yes. Ticketscore accepts listings right up to doors open on the day of the event. Most sellers of last-minute inventory transfer within one hour of purchase, and same-day orders receive priority support monitoring so any delivery issue is caught before you leave for the venue.
