Terms of use.

Last updated: 2 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of Ticketscore (the "Service", operated by us, "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, listing tickets, or buying tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

Ticketscore is an independent peer-to-peer resale marketplace where individuals can list and buy resale tickets for live events. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official event organiser. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The role of the marketplace

Ticketscore facilitates transactions between individual sellers and buyers. We are not the seller of any ticket listed on the Service, except where expressly stated. Sellers are responsible for the legality, validity, and accuracy of their listings.

4. Listings

Sellers represent and warrant that:

  • They own the tickets they list, or have the right to transfer them.
  • The tickets are valid, undisputed, and not duplicated across multiple platforms.
  • They will transfer the ticket to the buyer's event-app email within the timeframes set out at the time of sale.
  • They will comply with any resale rules in their jurisdiction (some jurisdictions limit above-face-value resale).

We may remove listings, suspend accounts, or refund buyers if we have reasonable grounds to believe a listing violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Purchases and payment

The price displayed at checkout is the total payable, in the currency stated. We process payments through Stripe; we do not store card numbers. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the full amount.

Funds are held by us until the buyer confirms receipt of the ticket in the official event app, or — if the buyer has not confirmed — until a reasonable period has elapsed after the event for us to verify delivery.

6. Delivery guarantee and refunds

If a ticket fails to arrive, arrives invalid, or otherwise fails to grant the buyer entry to the event, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the event through our support channels. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

7. Fees

Buyers pay no platform fee on top of the displayed price. Sellers may be subject to a platform commission, which is disclosed in the seller agreement before any sale completes. Payment-processing fees may also apply at payout.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • List the same ticket on multiple platforms simultaneously, or sell a ticket already transferred to another buyer.
  • Attempt to circumvent the buyer-protection mechanisms (for example, by completing the transfer outside the platform).
  • Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to interact with the Service except as expressly permitted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticketscore's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total amount paid by the affected buyer for the ticket in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including (without limitation) travel, accommodation, or visa costs.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Service that is not user-generated — including the Ticketscore name, logo, and platform — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
