Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know before buying or selling.
Buying
Yes. Every ticket on Ticketscore is an officially-issued tournament ticket transferred through the official mobile app from a verified ticket holder. We don't deal in PDFs, screenshots, or paper.
After payment, the seller transfers the ticket via the official app. Most transfers happen days before the match — many sellers already have the ticket in hand at the time of listing. You'll get an email the moment the transfer is initiated.
Your funds are held by us until you confirm receipt in the app, so the seller has every incentive to follow through. Your money is never with the seller until the moment you're seated. In the unlikely event a transfer doesn't happen, you get a full refund of the purchase price.
Each listing shows the section and (where available) the row. Sellers don't always know exact seat numbers until the transfer lands in your app, but the section is fixed and visible on the seat map.
Each individual listing is capped at 8. To buy more, contact us — we'll find a combined block from a single seller where possible.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don't store card numbers — Stripe handles that with PCI-compliant infrastructure.
This is a peer-to-peer resale marketplace. Sellers set their own prices, which usually exceed face value because demand for World Cup tickets exceeds supply. The price you see at checkout is final — no hidden fees.
Selling
Self-service seller accounts are coming in the next phase. Right now, contact us at hello@fwc26resale.com with your match, section/row, quantity, and asking price, and we'll list them for you within hours.
Once the buyer confirms the ticket is in their app, your funds are released for payout (or shortly after — typically same-day, never longer than 48 hours).
You can pause or remove a listing any time before someone buys. After a sale, the listing is locked and you must complete the transfer.
Trust & legal
No. Ticketscore is an independent peer-to-peer resale marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any official tournament organiser. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Resale rules vary by country, state, and ticket type. Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with the laws and ticket terms that apply to them. Ticketscore acts as the marketplace and does not own the tickets being sold.
